Run & Register — running the work
Run & Register (R) is where the agreed work gets done and every outcome gets logged. Two things live here: the sprint plan calendar and the Learnings Matrix.
The sprint plan calendar
From the Run & Register board, open Sprint Plans to see a calendar of every plan, laid out across its timebox. Each plan appears as a bar from its start date to its end date, showing both its certification and completion percentages, so you can see the whole loop's work at a glance. Plans without dates are listed separately — add a start and end date in the plan to place it on the timeline.
Drilling into the work
Click any plan to open the plan view with all its backlog items. Items drawn from artefacts are clickable straight through to the source:
- An Experiment item opens the Experiments overview.
- A Work Package or Requirements Spec item opens that artefact.
This makes it easy to move from "what's planned" to "the actual work" without hunting for it.
Registering outcomes
As experiments run, record measurements on each experiment and log metrics and risks in the Learnings Matrix. Those learnings carry into Next or Not?, where you decide whether to pivot, persevere, or kill.
