Cookies & your session

Sandbox uses only the cookies it needs to work. We don't run analytics, advertising, or any third-party tracking, so there's nothing about you being profiled or sold here.

What we set

These are strictly necessary cookies — the site can't function without them, so they're exempt from consent under privacy law. They stay on your device only for the life of your session (or a little longer, to keep you signed in).

Cookie Purpose
learn-sandbox-session Keeps you signed in and remembers your secure session between pages.
XSRF-TOKEN Protects forms and actions against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks.

We may also use your browser's local storage to remember small preferences — for example, that you've already seen the cookie notice. That data never leaves your browser.

What we don't use

  • No Google Analytics or other analytics cookies.
  • No advertising or marketing cookies.
  • No social media or cross-site tracking pixels.
  • No selling or sharing of any of the above — because none of it exists.

Your choices

Because these cookies are essential, the site needs them to keep you logged in and safe. You can still clear cookies at any time from your browser settings, though doing so will sign you out.

For more on how your project content itself is protected, see Your data & privacy.
