Do I have to use every tool?

No. The tools are there to help you think — use the ones that move you forward. Notes are available in every phase for anything that doesn't fit a template.

What's a "loop"?

One trip around the LEARN phases (L → E → A → R → N). When you persevere or pivot at Next or Not?, a new loop begins and the loop counter ticks up. Each loop should leave you with more evidence than the last.

What's the difference between the Learnings Matrix and the Risk register?

They're the same place. The Learnings Matrix records both Metrics and Risks; filter to Risks and you have a live risk register.

When should I kill a project?

When the evidence says the idea won't work, or isn't worth the cost to pursue. Killing early is a win — you've saved the time and money you'd have spent finding out the hard way.

Can I work with a team?

Yes — invite people to a project and work together with roles (Owner, Admin, Manager, Member). During the beta, though, the number of active accounts is limited, so how widely you can collaborate may be capped until more seats open up. See Beta access & the waitlist.

How do I get the AI Coach working?

A limited number of beta users can use the AI Coach (Sandai). If you're on the waitlist, the sparkles buttons stay quiet until you're approved — we'll let you know when you're off the waitlist. You can still sign in and view projects you're invited to in the meantime.
