Beta access & the waitlist

Sandbox is in a limited beta. To keep the experience tight while we learn, only a set number of accounts have full access at a time — everyone after that joins a waitlist.

What happens when you sign up

• If a beta slot is open, your account is active right away with full access.
• If the beta is full, your account is created on the waitlist. You'll get an email confirming you're in the queue.

Either way you can sign in immediately.

What you can do while waitlisted

You can explore everything, read-only:

• Browse the LEARN phases and read how each one works.
• Open projects you've been invited to and view their artefacts.
• Read the Help Center.

What's paused until you're approved:

• Creating projects, artefacts, experiments or sprint plans.
• Editing or deleting anything.
• Prompting Sandai, the AI coach.

Your own account settings (profile, password, timezone) stay editable the whole time.

Getting full access

A Support Admin approves accounts as slots open up. When you're approved, your access switches to full automatically — no need to sign up again.

If you were invited to collaborate on a project, you can still accept the invite while waitlisted; you'll be able to contribute once you're approved.
