Getting started
What is Sandbox?
Sandbox is a toolbox for turning an idea into an MVP you can get real proof works — or not.
Most ideas die not because they were bad, but because no one tested the riskiest assumptions early enough. Sandbox keeps you honest. Every idea becomes a project that you walk through the LEARN loop, with a set of practical tools at each step and an AI Coach to help you draft, sharpen, and pressure-test your thinking.
The LEARN loop
LEARN distills proven practice — Lean Startup, Agile, and sound Enterprise Architecture among them — into five phases:
- L — Look & Listen — start with the why: the problem, the people, the root cause.
- E — Elaborate & Evaluate — model the solution and decide what's worth building.
- A — Adapt & Agree — design small experiments and the plan to run them.
- R — Run & Register — run the experiments and capture what you learn.
- N — Next or Not? — decide: pivot, persevere, or kill — then loop again.
The point isn't to fill in every template. It's to learn fast and cheaply before you bet big. A project can go around the loop many times — each lap is a "loop", and each loop should leave you smarter than the last.
We like to think of this as Agile Enterprise Architecture for Lean projects.
