Getting started
Creating your first project
- From the Dashboard or Projects, click New project.
- Give it a name and an optional one-line summary (you can change both later).
- Save — the project starts in Look & Listen, the first LEARN phase.
The project board
The board is home base for a project. It shows:
- The LEARN stepper across the top — click any phase to view its tools.
- The current phase panel, with its theme and an Advance phase button.
- The tools available in the phase, and the work you've already created.
- Phase-specific hubs where relevant: Prioritization (Elaborate), Experiments (Adapt & Run), Learnings Matrix (Run & Next).
Working a tool
Open a tool to fill it in. Each tool is a simple form, and most have a Coach button or two to draft or improve your content. Suggestions arrive as a proposal you review — apply the values you want, field by field; nothing changes until you do. Your work is saved as an artifact on the board, so you can come back and refine it any time.
Tip: you don't have to complete every tool. Use the ones that move your thinking forward, and lean on Notes for anything that doesn't fit a template.
