Collaboration
Public projects & loops
A project — or a single loop within it — can be made public so people who aren't members can see your work. Public access is always read-only "Member": viewers can browse and read, but never edit, and Sandai (AI) is off for them. Joined members keep their normal rights and use the full board as usual.
The three levels
Set on Project settings → Visibility:
- Private (default) — only members can see it.
- Registered users — any signed-in, verified user can view it read-only.
- Anyone (public) — anyone with the link can view it read-only — no account needed.
Project vs loop
Visibility can be set on the whole project or per loop:
- A loop's setting overrides the project's. Leave a loop on Inherit project to follow the project-wide setting.
- So you can make the whole project public (every loop visible), or keep the project private and open just one loop — or make the project public but keep one loop private.
The public link
When a project is public, Project settings shows its public link
(/p/your-project). Anyone you share it with gets a navigable, read-only board
— they can move between loops and phases and open artefacts, exactly as they look
to you, just without the editing and AI controls.
Read-only means read-only: no creating, editing, deleting, or AI — for everyone who isn't a joined member.
On the free plan
The free (student) plan is built around sharing:
- One public project at a time — with unlimited public loops.
- Loops are public by default (they follow the public project); you can take one loop private at a time.
- Sandai is off by default on free projects. A Support Admin can grant AI to specific Manager+ members where it's needed.
