The Artifacts index

The Artifacts index (in the top navigation) gathers every artifact you've created across all the projects you can access — not just the phase and loop you're currently viewing on the workbench. It's the fastest way to find something when you can't remember exactly where you put it.

The phase breakdown

Across the top sits a card for each LEARN phase, showing how many of each kind of artifact you've made in that phase. Within a card the Phase Tools (the tools specific to that phase) are listed first, alphabetically, followed by the General Tools — Notes, Backlog Items, Issues and Risks — also alphabetically. Click any phase card to filter the table to that phase in one move. The breakdown respects whatever project, loop and search filters you've already set.

Two ways to look

Groups (the default) organises your artifacts by type. Each group — Notes, Risks, Personas, and so on — shows a count and its three most-recently-updated items, with a View all link.

Table is the full, filterable list. Switch to it from the toggle at the top right, or land there pre-filtered by clicking View all on any group.

Search, filter and sort

Both views share the same controls:

  • Search by title.
  • Filter by Project, Loop, Phase and (in the table) Category. Pick a project first to narrow the loop list to that project's loops.
  • Sort the table by recently updated, recently created, or title (A–Z).

Every row links straight to the artifact, where a Loop and Phase badge tell you exactly where it lives.
